that is what I don't understand...after the shootings in the dorms why the hell weren't all classes cancelled and students evaquated?

That doesn't make any sense...he had 2 whole hours and the police weren't on top of that?
DarkAngel
I guess he was trying to break the Columbine record.

People die everyday!

That's the REAL reality in this world, I bet more people die in Africa per day of Aids/Hunger, but, where's the big breaking news on that??

Where's the presidential speech on that?
Why isn't CNN/Fox broadcasting that everyday?

Those are people, they are dying?
I'm confused....

Sure, I don't understand this country, blowing everything out of proportion, sure, we are born, we all die, that's the reality.

That's just the hard lined truth, people die everyday in this world, tell me people, what makes this special??

I know that may be a bit too much for people to understand, but, the truth is hard to accept.

100% true!

I blame the media and all of its brainwashing tactics, I don't blame society, it's really not their fault..

people are programmed from the day they are born..

There are much greater things in this world to think about...
this country is so quick to point out tragedy

Stop watching TV people!

Wow! It's not about that...I care more about what happens around the world than here at home but it still doesn't make it right.

You feel like that until it's someone you know or are related to then you'd want a big deal to be made of the tragedy.

Honestly, I thought it was a little stupid for Bush to come on & make a speech...blah blah.

But don't sit there & act like it's wrong them reporting this...remember they'll report it for about a day or two & it'll be over

until they find something "better" to report.

I don't care for the media, it's just sad 32 people were killed in a place you'd think you're safe...especially that horrifically.

Put yourself in the parents/families shoes.
