haha yeah man that was rediculous, i was actually able to come away with 3 posters, but they are kinda lame because his picture is not on it, only the event title...
yeah, the posters were the same for Armin at Tobacco Warehouse last year...no graphics just the event title
but hey its still awesome they were giving them away, as opposed to having to rip them off the walls like in prior events
the last time i really remember GREAT looking graphic posters were the ones that were put up at Crobar last yr, esp. last July with his Passport Tour :D but i guess they all smartened up after all of them starting disappearing from the doors and walls :haha: :haha: :haha:

^^that is the mix I asked for, adn the one that is being played all the time but for some reason I think he played another mix?? I could be wrong I was too excited to pay attention. But I dont remember it getting real trancey like the durand mix does.

you might be right about the mix, there are a couple remixes going around now of that song so who knows...the r.d. bootleg is the one i wanted to hear

Sorry, this is so late. After my not-so great experience at G&D, and turning back the last minute for AvB, Ferry definately made (pun intended;)my night! Was one of the first there, and enjoyed Jason's opening set, just fine. Got me warmed up for the rest of the night, with all of its highlights from "Beautiful" to "Smack my Bitch Up",
not to mention to singing along to Punk (once again; this time at Pacha), just like in the Mixed Live Ferry Corsten CD (I had listened to it one time each, the two days before the event, to get in the mood). Stcuk by the sides mostly, as usual, but got to meet and see a few of you, which is always pleasant;)Nice to finally meet you Yankeebaby and Chimra, and nice to see you again Jay, Tom, and Pheonixbebe, as well as a few others who might of met but forgot about, my apologies. And I am so happy to have gotten a poster at the end of the night (at the cost of a minor papercut, though!, lol)
but it was worth it, since for me, its kind of like an anniversary of sorts, in a couple of ways. It was about 5 years ago that I started listening to non-commercial trance, and Ferry was my second DJ (heard him spin at Exit, but coincidentially enough my first was PVD...at SF). Also, it was that Ferry event where I got my first singed trance poster: Global Transmissions 02:)

ok so i found out that the queen tune has something to do with Tom Novy and is called "Real Life"
and that Life Less Ordinary mix is probably the Rafael Frost mix (thanks Ezi)

That's me in the closing video jumping up to shake Ferry's hand. He threw down an amazing set, really keeping the crowd going all night after an awesome set by Jason Jollins. Another great show at Pacha, I was out of my mind most of the night!:eyes:
