Pretty much is what they did last year. If you can imagein two streets crossing each other and that's your boundry to party in. Each end of each street had a stage.. so ... 4 stages , plus I htink one more around the center area.
It was pretty cool, party downtown..almost like the love parade in Berlin, but 100x smaller. hehe. Go GO GO! |

With a capacity of 5000, they arent using as many streets. For NYEs past, they blocked off 4 sq. blocks with capacity being I'm guessing 10,000+. The layout was like a plus sign(+) so maybe it will look like a T  |
