totally agree with you!! :D

Hooj and the DJz that played lot of Hooj
like to add Platipus first and foremost tho!
I would have to say the top three labels that influenced trance would these.
DuMonde TrAnCeR
no label has done significantly enough to be big enough to be able to be missed in the trance scene, i think i must listen to tracvks from every different label and no one label dominates my favourites so i think we should stop here. because we all know people who like m.i.k.e. r gonna stick up for bonzai, solarstone addicts for hooj. etc etc. you see me going around saying f8t recordings rule the world or trance wud be nothing without drizzly?

i'm a big fan of the bonzai-label but i think you overestimate them.
their producers bring quality songs, but i think that they still have to do a lot of work to get on the same level as producers like moogwai, james holden, michael woods, avb, torsten stenzel, cass&slide, terra ferma, ...
but its just the taste you have
and tranceseeker, you said that maybe its the biggest label
i think you maybe right, but i dont think its the best label

cheers

That all depends on what tracks u like....(and im not talking about mike now)
energy 52 - café del mar
jones&stephenson - the first rebirth
cygnus x - superstrings
push - universal nation
prayers - imagination
les sabotages - secret
commander tom - are am I
Yves DeRuyter - the rebel
cygnus x - orange theme
Da hool - meet her at the love parade
quadran - eternally
etc....

are for me
all classix

And that there are a lot of tracks more appreciated in Belgium then somewhere else is also a fact that I love Bonzai more then any other label so....
Its just about personal opinion, but still if you look at all these classix, I think they are the best

Keep in mind that I love all labels who give us good tracks like eg perfecto , platipus and other labels but I cant think of one label has more classix then Bonzai, soo :)
Im hardcore bonzai fan, so I dont give in hehehehe ;)

If there is someone who can post MORE classix on the same label, feel free to post them, im curious to see them ;)

PLATIPUS CLASSIX:
art of trance - madagascar
paragliders - lithium
Robert Miles - Children
mooguai - viola
....

[edit]
I wanna add something to this post:
It all depends what the classix are for u.
Maybe for someone dj alligator project - the wistle song is a classic so everyone has other taste, but feel free to post your favorite label's classix, I wanna see them.

Many kisses,

TranceSeeker :D

Thats what I was trying to say,
For me and for 95% of the Belgians are these classix, they will know.

But OK everyone has other tastes, so I know what you mean.

Spinning style in Belgium is not pvd and not avb and not tiesto, so its very different.

I grew up with those tracks, while other countries have other ones.
DuMonde TrAnCeR
oh i thought you meant they were classics full stop, oops, hehe. the first rebirth does rule though, airwave remix does anyway
SYNthSRI
from Platipus here's few more classiX

Air - Albion
Libra - Anomaly
aMBsaddor - Fade

just top of my head
I know these and the onez you already mentioned rocked my world few yrz back...hell they STILL DO!

cheerz :D;):)

Its all in the mind....
And it all depends where you live and with what tracks you grew up.

Tracks like Solar stone - seven cities
and tilt - did I dream are amazing tracks and maybe better in quality then some of the ones I mentioned in Bonzai, but I've never heard any of these tracks here in Belgium, so I didnt I grew up with those, its totally different.
still I think solar stone - seven cities is a classic, but in a different way...
dj Zevan
a lot of these songs are not made by bonzai producers
they are just songs released on the label.
i think that the bonzai label goes a more commercial way than the other labels. if you see what cd's they release and how many releases they have in a month compared to the other labels. and its still to focused on belgium itself.
but what difference does it make, as long as they release good songs its fine by me. you dont hear me complaining about that :)

the labels excists so why thinking of a world where it doesnt excist.

cheers
