Really, once the kid pushed you, blow it out of proportion so you draw the cops attention. Claim he broke your femur, or something. Then the cops should ban them, not you. If all else fails, then you proceed to retaliate - you'd have everyone's attention by now, and you could have more witnesses backing up your claims of self-defence ;) |

cool shirt...guy was an idiot lookin for a fight. Woulda found someone somehow. Just be glad he picked you and got smashed in the face instead of a and could get away with it. He probably wont do that again soon.
It sucks, but you did the right thing. No regrets lookin back.
As they said, write an appeal. Plus my sister got banned for 6 months too and goes all the time and they cant tell. |

I think I've actually gone an entire year without going to a mall, and I live right next to the third largest mall in the USA.

ok I read it, yes it was well written but not worth the read. The story needed some serious editing. I mean how is it necessary to know you went fishing before? Should have just started at the mall. Obviously they sounded like s and Steven Segal would have been proud of you. Who cares if you got banned for the mall, your street cred is more important. The story also sounds like you have told it in such a way that it paints you as innocent as freshly fallen snow. I don't buy it but you can still tell it that way to the judge, as long as she's not Judge Judy. |
