does it not annoy you when you start working and your there for about an hour, and you colleagues come up to you to ask/tell you something without greeting you first?

i work in the kitchen and people would come up to me asking to make food for them without greeting first, and i ing hate it. i basically tell them to off.
they show no respect to me? i show none at all. |

i always give it a "hey, how's it going?" before i say anything else.
sometimes i feel stupid doing that though, because i hate small talk... and sometimes i really dont care how it's going for certain people. |

If you have something you want to tell me, tell me. Don't tip toe around it, let it out! All I ask is that you don't but in while I aa having a convo with someone else.
I'll say, " Hey what's up, can I talk to you?/ask you something? I don't give them enough time to say " I'm good how are you?" |

Pretty much every morning. I'm thinking about getting a hat to throw on the coat rack when I go in, like james bond. |

i hate fake small talk, if you want something spit it out straight away, don't try to warm me up with bull and then say btw... |

LoL ya but it depends who you're doing it to. if you're actually friends with the person and really do care about that person than smthn like a little hey how are you is in order but if not then i agree it just comes off as phony |
