Sorry if it offends you, I don't mean to intentionally sound like an ass, but I feel that people need to realize many words mean different things. We all grow up with different attitudes, etc... We can't expect everyone to be like you, so I think its silly to ask people to behave a certain way.
Just ignore it, you make it an issue for yourself, you can just as easily not get upset over it if you choose to. You don't swear like that, so why worry about what other people do online. |
so if i was to use a racist remark that offends black people, you would be cool with that? I mean its just a word right? How can you be so bigotted and purposefully naive to think that words do not have the ability to offend people? |

NO, but in this relation, youre being a christian carries certain priviledges. african americans have been oppressed...i dont consider it the same - one is a belief or faith, the other was abuse of power for the advancement of one peoples over the other...swear words are only 'bad' cause we make them so. if you dont worry about it so much, it doesnt matter...late/ |

noone would be offended, because noone believes that he goes around giving toys every year.
If I said..
"Jesus ing sucks..."
lots of people would be offended, because they believe he was the savior.
i don't believe in either, so the two are the same in my mind. if you can't handle someone having a different viewpoint, i'm sorry.
but if you say, "Niggas ing suck." that's a direct attack, not a output of your belief. |

| people can be offended by anything. i generally try to watch my languuage around people i dont know or that would likely be offended, but why is it such a big problem? if im supposed to not say these words - why cant everyone else lighten up? huh/ |
