I can usually handle quite a bit of whatever the soup du jour is when I'm on the decks, the trouble usually comes after I'm off them.
Sometimes it's as if I go from 0 to  in the time it takes me to put the cans away. |

it happened to me in a huge way once
it was when i was doing a weekly a couple years ago, i played the opening slot that night so i was planning on getting drunk
i ordered 6 double vodka-crans (dollar drinks for happy hour, usually i drank 3 during my set and have 3 for after) then proceeded to play for just over an hour
when i finished playing i went to grab another drink (i hadn't really been watching my intake) only to find all my drinks were gone
pissed off thinking someone had jacked my drinks i went to the bar and had a shot, went back to the booth to pack up my gear, my friend helping me said all of a sudden i was plastered out of no where
the rest of the night's events were a blur, turns out i had drank all my drinks in that hour and a bit without realizing it |

On sunday I had a 2hr set on a roof party, I got 7 drink tickets and used them all, and friends bought me 4 more drinks, including 2 adios. By the end of my set I was well drunk and well into it :p |

nice one. the party saturday....I had about 6 beers then started drinking baileys and vodka...then went across the street to have a scorpion bowl. by the time I got back I was quite mangled....and thats before emily came out to play hahahahahaha |

i would say 8+ because no matter how fuct up i get i can always at least beatmatch if nothing else lol |

its the drinks during the set that really you up... cuz during break downs, or when you've beatmatched and ready to mix, and so on, you stop take a few sips & chill out. And if that happens often enough (which is always does) you'll be messed out of your mind. hahha
Tomorrow night I'll be playing at a lounge with $3.50 imports I think... its gonna be an interesting night. lol |

the drinks are ok, im usually too busy to pay attention to my drinks... i can barely pay attention to anything more than the decks and the dancefloor when im on...
i can mix fairly well (albeit differently) on a variety of substnaces..
it's always interesting what i mix on what lol |

| i mix sober. i party sober too. every once in a blue moon, i'll enjoy something to change things up... but i want to enjoy it. i don't want to kill my horny by dj'ing, and all the work that comes with while you're mixing. |
