It was a good party for the most part.

[Good]

- Tunes were good but not great
- Vibe was generally good
- Fun
- Friends/Shenanigans
- Tribaliciousness
- Fumasa!

[Bad]

- Programming was random
- There was a lack of tribal
- Too many idiots... I must have witnessed at least 3 fights involving G monkeys..there were WAY too many G monkeys.
- At times I felt like I was at a Top 40 club... pushy, non polite folk
- Sound wasn't the greatest

:)

Chris you should've come to fly... the percussions would've rattled u down to the gonads
Big Boss
Fly was awesome! Can't stop raving about it! Good job Carey and Gairy Brown!

I wan't paying enough attention to the music to really comment on it. I mean, I definitely enjoyed it...but I got so damn drunk that I can't piece together a clear, descriptive memory of it. It was certainly an arousing time though.

Yes...very arousing indeed. I behaved much more than I should have. :/

DJ Chus came to me...in stereo, stereo, stereo, stereo.

Addy was sick, and so was Chus. Ceballos was ok, not nearly as relentless as Chus, though.

Who was the other guy that kept jumping on the decks during the second half of their set?

Chus was dirty at Stereo!! I loved his beats, Ceballos not as much!

Got there around 4:30ish. Addy's set wasn't anything unexpected, but it was crankin', and definitely lots of fun. I've gotta say I'm getting a little bit sick of I Need Someone, though...

Very decent vibe, but like Cribby said, lots of pushy elbow-y sorts of people that kinda put a damper on things. It's a damn, crying shame that the islanders are such whingey bitches and Docks can't put speakers outside. It was grossly hot inside until the sun started to fade a little, but you couldn't really hear the music that well on the deck.

My friends and I were a little disappointed about the lack of flow-y balearic tracks and few vocals... The whole day was tech tech tech until we left around 10pm. It was great stuff, don't get me wrong, but we were sorta hoping for a sunny/vocal/shake and bounce/drink and giggle sort of party. C&C's set woulda been way more fun at afterhours.

so it was my first time seeing c&c and basically my first time listening to (and knowing that it is) tribal music. Seriously some craazzzyyyy beats come from tribal that rattled any nerve in my body. Great start to my legal clubbing experience.

I started out dancing to c&c until...8ish then yea, the volume was a little low i found and i really wanted to get to know tribal + c&c so basically i sat for hte rest of hte set next to a speaker (un sketchly..cause yes..there was several several sketchy characters + f-ed up jaw motions going on...) and really got into the music. WOW! love some crazy effects i heard!!! :D..must find some tracks/sets to download..

My first time seeing Chus & Celballos as well. They had me dancing, but that's all I can really say. Nothing blew my mind, no tracks that were super memorable either.

But it may have something to do with my intoxication :o But God I had a good time!
My friend gets me in for free and we go straight for the front. Found everybody to be very friendly and lots of smiling faces!! :gsmile: :gsmile: :gsmile:
Having giant flag tied to my back, I met so many new people, and better yet new numbers ;) The beers really took effect after and my friend txted me like 5 times to come outside that they were leaving.. and I always replied to wait a minute... because I just didn't want to leave! :D

Went outside, my ride was long gone! Met some more nice people who then drove me out of their way to the Guv, where I even got in for free too :D
So far I like this city :toocool:
