I'd beg to differ. I've met my share of crazy Christian zealots. No thx.

DJs would do it anyway.

They do. They do the aforementioned hand clapping, waving, smiling and other bits of random euphoric body movements/hand swaying. But please tell me this Cosmic...

... tell me straight up that the above pose is 100% independent of the famous symbol of Christ on a cross.

I think the best counter argument I can provide is that if there was no Christianity, DJs would do it anyway.

+1 :D
The Highroller
While I don't find it offensive, when I saw Armin do this back in April, it certainly made me roll my eyes and say, "Honestly, get over yourself buddy."

i would be more offended after having paid $50-100 to see him play and all he does is get so ing wacked/killed/high/destroyed and all he does is do stupid on stage and play a horrible set where he cant mix properly (which he has a tendency to do these days).

Uhhhh, what? lol

i cant believe something so minute can "offend" you so much.

I'm not offended by the Christian reference. Moreso, the fact that artists like Oakey and Armin havn't produced any quality tracks in years.

Racoon - Love you More (AvB remix)... Starry Eyed Skies... those tracks deserve self deification? Good grief!

it's more humourous than offensive.

Maybe if they actually focussed on producing quality music, I'd find the pose more humourous than offensive. But their productions as of late are an assault to my aural senses.

Bawhahahaha I totally forgot about its all gone pete tong...
but seriously people, dont bitch about a dj enjoying himself. If you really dont like that pose, come up with ten new poses and mail them in as suggestions.
MarkT
funny how if someone's fave DJ makes some sort of overture to the audience, they go buck wild on the dancefloor and call it "crowd interaction...but when a DJ who they don't like or respect does it, they roll their eyes or spout some negativity about the DJ being full of themself.
