no offence, but ppl have been mislabelling each and every genre of electronic music since it was invented by thomas edison, but because you dont like when people do it (and neither did i) its not gonna change their behaviour, the stupid remain stupid, and you cant educate them if they dont want to learn or put the knowledge to use.
if anything, aren't you smarter than them for being able to classify, distinguish, and seperate one genre of edm from another? doesnt that make them the stupid ones?
i think you're thread title is wrong it should be:
"i love it when stupid people call electronic music echno, it makes me feel smart for knowing what techno really is"
