i guess it all depends on the apartment too, since i own a brownstone it's more of smaller number of apts in my building compared to some of the large apt buildings with full maintence crews who will come fix the place. |

ahhh! I see. Well I live in a townhouse area with a bunch of richy stuck up families around so the landlord always makes sure he stay on top of his "duties" to keep them happy. |
