Yeah I had a friend who lived on Mary Street. Agreed, beautiful neighbourhood downtown. I love "old" Barrie. :)
I'm not too far from there actually...but I won't disclose exactly where on here. ;) |

ps:
nearly every house I've lived in was renovated by the family.
Anything from laying tiles, to wallpaper, sanding, painting, electricity etc I can do it all :p |

Did you read any of my first posts? Three smokers lived here for nearly 5 years. The walls and ceiling are stained from nicotine.
I have to pretty much scrub this place from top to bottom, remove paint from all the doors/door frames/window frames/kitchen cupboards/kitchen floor (don't ask), sand the stairs/doors/door frames/window frames/cupboards.
Then if the wood is the way I expect it, I'll have to stain it. Then I'll have to prime and paint the ceiling, all the walls and baseboards, and possibly the doors/door frames/window frames if the wood ISN'T the way I expect it'll be.
I also have to get someone in here to etch the bathtub and re-spray it.
After everything is done I'll have to sand the floors and too.
So yeah, it's gonna take till the end of the month. :p |
