| technically getting caught with a OZ is a felony. But unless were talking Texas, Virginia, etc. your felony will be dropped and you might pay a small fine. Remember Marijuana is Schedule III and our jails are already full with crack dealers, frauds, and thieves. Typically getting caught with pounds will get you 5 years probation. There was one case recently were a guy got caught with 109 lbs and got 5 years flat. |

To be honest I could see Canada and the United States becoming one at some point in the future, there are only minor differences in laws but far different governments so who knows. Personally if the US ever got greedy it could easily own canada.
Reasons: 1. Canadians are lazy or chilled relaxed.
2. Most of Canada is just ice.
3. We are bigger and have more weapons.
4. Gabriel and Dresden, Dj Dan
5. Canadians dont make any sweet fast cars
6. My Bawls
But I do like canadas laws of being able to smoke and drink at 19. And hockey, woohoo! :whip: |
