Lindsay Lohan arrested for DUI and possession AGAIN

Lohan – who wears an alcohol detection anklet – was booked for DUI, possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custody facility and driving on a suspended license, said Hernandez.
Two Breathalyzer tests determined Lohan's blood-alcohol level was .12 percent and .13 (the legal limit is .08).
Detailing the arrest, which was first reported by TMZ, Hernandez told PEOPLE that at 1:34 a.m. the police responded to a call of one SUV chasing another.
When officers arrived, they determined that Lohan was in the white SUV suspected of chasing the other, he said, but did not know what started the pursuit. The person in the second SUV had called police, and was unaware that it was Lohan in the car following her.
After Lohan failed a field sobriety test, she was arrested. However, the two men in Lohan's car were not, according to Hernandez.
Lohan later posted $250,000 bail and was released at about 6:30 a.m.
She was crying and upset but cooperative during the arrest process, said Hernandez. He did not know the amount of cocaine found at the time.
Lohan's publicist, Leslie Sloane, had no comment.
Last week Lohan quietly surrendered and was formally booked on misdemeanor charges of DUI and hit-and-run stemming from a May car crash. Only 11 days ago she completed a six-week stint in rehab at Promises, a treatment center in Malibu.
That had followed her arrest in May for DUI . On that occasion she was injured when her Mercedes SL-65 convertible hit a curb on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles. |

I would go into some big rant here about the preferential treatment of celebrities etc., etc. but I actually feel sorry for her.

i feel bad for the people shes endangering on the road, has she never heard of a cab/limo/private jet? |

what i don't understand is why they just don't get a driver/chauffeur. these celebs obviously have enough money to do so.

not that part (obviously) so much as watching someone train-wreck their life in the public eye at 21 years old.
at least when we up half the world isn't watching. |

As Laura said, get yourself together Miss Lohan :eek:
If you want to do drugs every so often that's fine (some would say); but at least take the necessary steps to minimize the chances of getting into legal trouble from doing so (e.g. not driving while intoxicated, not driving with drugs on your person while intoxicated (lol), and so on). |

I agree...she seemed like she was getting it together. Its a shame for any 21 year old to have a problem like Lindsey does...guess I thought she would always pull a Drew Barrymore and get it straight...oh well!!! |
