I fully understand how 'we' can be used in that way. Unfortunately that isn't the way you wrote it. You need to punctuate your sentences and if you meant 'Society in General', then wright that.
As it stands, 'we', in the context that you posted has grouped anybody that reads it into 'your' generalization. |

I will be sure to WRITE my sentences with proper punctuation from now on......I was stupid to think that I could get away with not using proper punctuation on the interweb. |

EDIT: We should all wear tshirts that say 'Show a little kindness' - I think it would make a difference. I know that even I forget to sometimes, especially when I get wrapped up in being somewhere or if I am in a bad mood. |
