dave hasn't retired
he's just gone into seclusion, waiting for trance to become popular again the way it was, so he can spin his vinyls without people asking him to play put your hands up for detroit (because that's his favourite vinyl, it doesn't leave its sleeve for nobody)
that and the support for open dex around here has died big time |

if it isnt...Go and listen to a state of trance by ARMIN VAN BUUUUUREEEEENNNN!!!!! and then give me an honest opinion. I know its e. you will know its e. but you wont say it because youll be scared of scaring off a coupla ta's that may have come to a gig youd be playing at or running or affiliated with or even worse itd offend some khunt thats running a night that would be kewl to play at, but he loves armin and you ed it up by speaking your mind.

i don't listen to trance anymore because there is other music out there that i find more interesting, but that doesn't mean that i then might need to go around postulating that it's '' or whatever - what exactly be the point in that? It's all personal taste jules. Just because I don't like something (or you for that matter) doesn't mean . If you don't like trance these days then so what? i certainly don't give a in the end because it's got nothing to do with me, and you'll probably find that no-one else does either. If you don't want to pay $30 to get into an event then here's and idea - don't :) And if someone else does, then good for them. What exactly is your point Jules?
You're not making any sense mate, how about you try posting before midnight and see how you go?

well i still listen to it and most of it is and i find it disapointing so i speak my mind.

how will the time of postage change ?
i dont get home till 9pm so it inhibits my ability to post - so what?
my point is this :- more than any form of music trance has been ed over the last 10 years. if trance was still good youd still be listening to it - and not have had to find something more interesting.
but trance has been ed and thats why you did. |

Look guys. I think jules has some point. ARMIN WAS CRAPPPPP. If he comes for another event I'll just avoid. Anddd Trance is not what it used to be. Things change but for trance, its all downhill since a while back.

nah i love trance more than ever - listen to pig and dan - sly detector
now listen to some old lieb (one of the gawds of trance - lets say hmm lsg - hearts) or some old pvd sets (yes he invented the along with cosmic baby.
now listen to sly detector again.
then hearts...

then hearts one more time - just for kicks and cos its a madt tune

its trance. but , its not this semi-intelligent aerobics music that is proclaimed to be trance, its like real trance
or is it techno?
everyone calls it techno so it so will i. and by doing that - i renders all trance to be - because anything good seems to be named anything but trance.
