for all tas considering the trip next year, it's very easy to get done... our flight was $1150usd, hotel was $32eur/night, which included full breakfast and dinner buffet, which can save you a TON on meals. the hotel gran sol is family-operated, ultra clean, professional and safe and a 5 min walk from cafe del mar/mambo and 2 blocks from kanya, along the strand of beach that hosts all the preparties for amnesia, space, eden, priviledge and pacha. our rental car was $20eur/day for a total of $330eur for 16 days. that covering the majority of your costs, rounds out to about $2400usd for 16 days of heaven. the rest of your expense will go to club tickets, drinks etc, soveneirs, gifts and excursions around the ballearic islands. if enough people commit, it could end up being CHEAPER to rent a villa in the hills or on the beach and not have to worry about hotel staff or guest hour polices. the economics of scale also applies to chartering boats and yachts for the day :thepirate
edit: it's also worth noting that these expenses include the euro hitting a historic high against the dollar (1.40 to 1.00) halfway into our trip :toothless |

probably my all-around favorite club... we saw armin, markus, atb, svd, blake jarrell, sasha, tom middleton, pvd, edgar v, gareth wyn, steve angello and chris lake there in 3 visits :eyespop: like all the megaclubs on the island, they hassle you about cameras at the door, but it's the only club that doesn't take the policy very seriously once you're inside. space and pacha are pretty nazi about it... pacha bouncers will shine green lasers at you from across the club if they see you holding a camera :toothless |

btw, what kind of camera took those pics? my camera is 8.1 MP but still yours have a certain feel to them that's awesome.
btw, Pacha allows cameras as far as i know. we had ours there 5 nites, took probably 100+ pics at pacha and never once an issue. we got ours into Amnesia as well...only at Space could we not get ours in... |

we only got to hit up probably 6 out of the 36 or so beaches on ibiza, but cala benirras was my favorite by far. here when you close your eyes and lay back on the shore, you hear the waves crashing softly in front of you and crickets singing in a stereo panning effect behind and all around you in the forest. it's a very serene effect paired with the sheltered landscape and 'god's finger' sea stack in the distance and in spite of the crowd, it's a very quiet, peaceful place as i imagine everyone else is enjoying the same atmosphere...

canon sd800is. pacha didn't bother me about bringing it in, but i got hassled and laser'd a bunch of times inside just for taking flashless crowd pics...
space will pat you down for cameras and make you check them at the door, but all you have to do to get around that is tuck it between your belt and your belly and you've hidden it beyond where they're willing to search. |
