| Stay in Amsterdam, Jaarbeurs is the name of the venue, Utrecht is the name of the city its in, and is 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam |

Looks like construction work is only between s-Hertogenbosch and Utrecht, so I don't think anyone coming from Amsterdam will have any problem:
