I usually go to American Express Travel. They charge a $5 fee per conversion (no matter how much), but waive the other fee they usually charge if you have an Amex card.
There are also ATM's at Schiphol airport, so provided they're working, that may be a good option.
Tip: Always keep a small amount of Euros leftover from your trip if you plan on coming back, then you don't have to deal with this. Also check to see what kind of ATM fee your bank charges for international withdrawals. I'm with a credit union, and all of my ATM withdrawals abroad are FREE (yes, no charges whatsoever)! |

I was just reading an interesting article in one of the Dutch newspapers today.
The oldest person that will visit Trance Energy is 67 years old :toocool: :eyes:
Since he's retired he visits Dance Valley, Sensation, Trance Energy and other big festivals. He loves trance music. Also he visits rock festivals in Holland.
His favorite DJs are Armin, Tiesto and Sean Tyas. He will be at mainstage to see Tiesto and the other stage to Sean Tyas. He will also see some other DJs.
He started to love the music in 1993, his son was the one that got him into this music. Since than he visit a lot of festivals. |

I think so too :)
Yes and Ilan is not the only one, there are more people bringing their mom and/or father to this amazing event.
Last year my mom (almost 56 years old) almost wanted to join me and Maryliz to go the Elements Of Life concert in the Gelredome, but she thought that she couldn't hold it for so long. So she decided not to go. And she felt so bummed about it, when she saw my impressive 1 hour and 22 minutes video I created of the concert. She had goosebumps all over.
I hope one day she will say: I Go With You To Party :D
That would be so much fun, seeing my mom dancing. She loves Tiesto's music a lot. |
