Smoked provolone on my sammiches

And I am also a fan of Brie when it comes to enjoying bread/cheese with crackers. Gooooie, creamy goodness.

hey thats what i just used in my omlette!
and my omlette, i mean don't use the small burner when making a 6 egg omlette, the middle will get cooked fast and the edges (the part that matter just as much if not more) won't get cooked at all, and eventually you'll just stir the up and have scrambled eggs
damnit :(

I whole-heartedly agree. Also, Camembert is awesome on crackers too.
