| I find Edam a very dull cheese, it's a bit like cheddar. Though the Mainland vintage cheddar isn't too bad as it has a bit of bite too it, the rest depends how you're serving it I suppose. Camembert I must say is probably one of my favourites. |

Mmm swiss cheese for the win, the older and the stinkier the better.
But nothing beats Queso Manchego ZOMG I DIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE mis espanoles know what I am talking about, add some wine tapas anchovies ugh... I miss spain. |
