What is your favorite cheese and why?

| Roquefort, blue and/or gorgonzola. They make me drool. I can go for some asiago or parmeggiano reggiano anytime of the day too. |

i believe it depends on the context of eating said cheese.
if i'm just eating i like manchaego, if it's with crackers nothing beats brie. pizza and/or salads i love feta or gorgonzola.
why do i have to pick just one? :( |

| sharp cheddar, the sharper the better. Also, parmesan is good and a handful of italian cheeses. |
