Be poor for a while, but do not drop out unless you really don't want to study any longer. |
thats my opinion, i was practically forced to take the job (family-wide financial issues (mom needed help in the house basically)) and now, i want to go to my old place, where they actually value education, im getting an offer of double of what i used to get paid before leaving (on the new place i get almost triple) and im really thinking about it, just for the college issue |

im loving how every single study that has come out says that AWA employees have worse pay and conditions. gee, didnt see that coming!! |
To some degree keeping you all as slaves would be highly amusing for mostly me, however people only work as hard as you pay them and if you're not paying them very much... as I tell HR on a regular basis hoping it will sink in, then they don't work very hard all.
So, after sinking my dainty foot in the asses of staff who don't work very hard any more, I then have to tell managers 'why' and sadly, I'm not allowed to beat HR staff who are hiring for people for bugger all, who do bugger all. |

i would go back to the old place. yeah it doesnt pay as well as the new job but your happier and have perks that you dont have at the new place. remember. just because a job pays more doesnt mean its way better. |

I hit 160 once. Thankfully it was only a temporary job. Learned the true meaning of being tired. |
