anyway, getting paid once a month is pretty much the norm here. is it per week there in the US? |

| I've never been paid any other way than bi-weekly. Work week from Monday 1 to Sunday 2 and paycheck on the next wednesday at midnight. |

| I much prefer being on a decent salary rather than being on an hourly rate. But that's because I always hit my targets within my contracted 36 hour week - With time to spare as well. I am incredible. |
