I just hoping Maryland can make it to the big dance. but the schedule is deadly as always with Duke, UNC, NC State.

also looking for someone out of the Big East (minus G-Town coming back to glory last year) to make a huge splash, that conference hasn't been as dominating of late.

i think you're getting your wish on the big east. lucky for the SEC, there's only 4 games in the big E/sec challenge this year.

with schools like st. johns, pitt, louisville (BYU excused), nova (NCSU excused), marquette (Duke flopping excused) and g-town... there could be plenty in the big dance.

as for Maryland... at least they beat Illinois;)

UM's win over Illinois was a huge surprise but will come in handy. 5-2 now but the conference schedule is brutal ahead. If they sneak in an 18 win season and get at-large bid to the dance i'll be happy.

how about Indiana in Big 10. they could make some noise this year. that young team may get that program back on track. big 10 is good for 2-3 average teams that come up with huge upsets come march. i think indiana might be one of those.

Illinois is way down this year. Bruce Weber really squandered some opportunities to pull in big recruiting classes. Several of the Illni's top recruits ended up with Indiana... and you can see how that ended up for each team.

When's the last time any of us saw this scoreline?

Kentucky - 53
Vanderbilt - 92

Yeah, I know Kentucky isn't as good as they normally are, but still that's just o_0

we lost by 12 at home to... LSU!!

until tonight i thought maybe some noise in the tourny... now just an invatation to go dancing will suffice...

im hurt...

WE PLAY NO ING DEFENSE!!!! EVER!!!... every game i keep saying if we just get a stop here... if we just get a stop here...

opponents keep shooting 55%+ per game... we always shoot more and make less....tend to win the turnover game which keeps us in most games, but my god... ZERO DEFENSE!!

ok.... now we need to win @ Vandy on the road on Saturday just to save face...

not after that loss to memphis...
LeopoldStotch
man. what those UAB students did after the memphis-UAB match was pretty low class. Gotta take that tough loss with style, especially against the #1 team in the nation.
