Heh, Ishkur himself just posted that in another thread.

His music is not really all that interesting or catchy. It's really pretty to listen to and incredibly well produced, but it's like one of those meals at a fancy, 4-star restaurant delivered by three waiters, with off-white powder and intricate splotches of red sauce around the edges of the plate. And in the middle, one asparagus.

I can understand him bashing the usuals... but this is just sad. According to that tart the world is void of any music worth listening to :haha:

I agree and disagree on a lot of parts. It was a very good read however, and some of the parts were damn funny as well.

Yeah pretty much...funnily enough, they also both have some really good points every now and then.

Ishkur is getting old (not literally).

Sometimes when I'm listening to certain BT tracks, I could agree with some of the stuff mentioned. But I put that down to my own shortcomings rather than BT's

Lunar Phase 7
He has a point with the obsessive thing.

I love BT's music, and I wish I could produce like him so much, but I also think that some things he does is done just for the hell of it. But perhaps that helps his work flow?

BT's percussion has always been weak as hell in my view, but his synth work is second to none so maybe he needs to do all this processing of sound to make up for terrible 808 drum loops?

BT - Satelltie = Hella catchy and ing gorgeous to listen too.

My post make no sense.
