I used to be quite overweight, and if you folks aren't, you have no idea how hard it is, and how hard it is to lose it. Yeah, the ones tostitos described make me sick as well if that conversation really did happen, and sadly, I heard similar.

I do agree it does take a lot of mental commitment. Without that, the physical won't follow. What's more important than all that, is that one is happy with who they are, and health is fine.

speaking of stupid girls, this thread reminded me of a conversation i overheard while i was standing in line at Kohl's last week...

girl #1: (picks up a pumpkin scented candle) Oooh, Holly would love this!
girl #2: Why?
girl #1: She LOVES pumpkin scented stuff and she's been saying how she needs more candles at her place. I'm gonna get it for her!
girl #2: How much is it?
girl #1: Only $11, not bad.
girl #2: Yeah that's a great gift! She'll be so happy.

*30 seconds pass, as we're all still waiting in line*

girl #1: (puts the candle back down) Nah, maybe I won't.
girl #2: Yeah, especially after what she did to you.
girl #1: I know. her. her.

:wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

I lost 26kg in 3 months, it is easy.

I have no sympathy for fatties, they're lazy mofos.

Unless it's glandular. Sadly though it rarely is and I agree, people are just lazy ass mother******s who do no cooking and just eat out all the time, keep eating, and never exercise.

The key is to exercise. You can go on as many diets and all that other bull as you like but regular exercise is what keeps the kilos off. Plus, you feel great after a work out. Yes, physically you're beat but mentally it's ing awesome. You just feel so good about yourself and how you've done all that work. Really boosts your mood and self esteem.

Haha that's great. You know what gets me, is these fat people who will drive three times around a parking lot to find the closest possible spot to the store entrance. I mean they're so ing lazy that they go to that trouble to save themselves having to take an extra twenty steps, and then they wonder why they're fat.

Think the cake still goes to liposuction and stomach stapling.
If ever there was a more insane, voluntary procedure to lose weight it has to be those things.
