well that doesn't come from nowhere, they obviously are too lazy to lose some weight, they're obviously a bit dumb for not realising that they should lose some weight, and they obviously cant do some tasks that we can.

Plus, you feel great after a work out. Yes, physically you're beat but mentally it's ing awesome. You just feel so good about yourself and how you've done all that work. Really boosts your mood and self esteem.
Don't know man, i went to the gym for a couple of years, 3-4 times a week and I never felt what you are describing, i think its something you condition yourself to believe and quite frankly almost bs.
Moreover, gym is the most mind blowingly boring waste of time I ever felt, yeah i kept my weight at check, but felt I was just loosing my time.
Plus don't get me started on gym talk, shallow mindless blabber, I was doing my best to escape it so to finish my routine and gtfo the gym asap.
Now I think I gotta go back, been gaining weigh like crazy since marriage.:whip:

Nah, it isn't about some kind of placebo or mentally conditioning yourself. Your brain will naturally release endorphins after very intense exercise like maximal effort running or lifting weights to failure.
Unless you have some sort of neurological defect or something. :clown:
