juice bottle frozen - should I be worried?

So I just got this glass bottle of Nestea Zero.
Turns out it's frozen. This alone didn't have me too worried, but when I opened the cap, it didn't make a very loud "pop" at all. Could this be because the cold, more dense air was less willing to "escape" from the bottle, or is it indicative of a problem with the original seal?
Maybe I will go check out the other bottles and see if they are frozen as well... |

Dude come on...
I'm taking a microbio/bacteria course right now, so I'm right to be a little paranoid. |

Total awesomeness:
I just checked out the store's fridge... none of the drinks using real sugar (no aspartame) are frozen. The only Nestea Zero left is also frozen.
Must have something to do with aspartame raising the freezing point relative to if it were real sugar? |

| im pretty sure freezing it should increase the vacuum like pressure since there is more room for more air. so the pop seal should still be intact. heat would cause the air to expand and take up more room and therefore make the pop seal be affected. |

Well I've drank like half of it (well, what's liquid anyway... the whole thing is literally ice).
I hope I don't end up feeling sick. |

i doubt you will. the seal is there for tampering reasons but the seal can also just release itself sometimes. its not a 100% sure thing. as long as it makes some sort of obvious change (you can tell if its been opened or not normally. theres just a different feel to one that has and one that hasnt) or feels proper then it more than likely is. |

Funny how those same bacteria can give you explosive diarrhea or worse.
In this case, size doesn't matter. |
