Well what would you do if there were people getting shot around you? First instinct is to get to safety. Anyway, they have medical personnel there. Last thing you need is people with no clue about medical aid trying to help people and making things worse.

Did they catch the person(s) responsible? I would think they would have. Someone had to have seen what they looked like and where they ran off to.

i was in the army... i have a clue.. i have witnessed death within 10m of me... i can handle it...
yes, i realize that im not the norm...
you'd think that people that dont have military backgroudn though to have some sort of protective instinct though...
i guesss not... or at least in this instance or that culture...
