that video was kind of weird. people standing around looking at the shot people, then running around again later on.....i would have hauled as from the beginning.

Not necessarily..Same thing happened when there was a shooting in my bar.....You read the story...
Initially everyone scattered but some people stood around in shock....People only scattered again when homicide burst through the doors waving guns.... |
