When was there ever a time I wanted to watch any genre of music for 8 hours or more? Even with an epic 6hr PvD set from back in the day I was physically spent. Used my energy up for 6hrs of bliss and didn't need to drag it out just b/c he could have gone longer.
Everybody has their opinion and I too have been here since those early FLTA days, but trance has been my #1 and although I don't have the time to listen to music as I once spent every waking second DL'ing sets and singles I still have stayed true to my passion.
The terrace is a big draw and has its fun moments, but I still prefer the main room with a trance name over anything prog or house on the terrace. (plus i can still keep my sunday)
I wonder what my opinion of the terrace would have been if I was able to witness that PvD appearance on the terrace??
edit: But for what this thread is about. I too love diversity and glad everybody else and all genres can get some love. Where's the breaks, jungle and DnB love!??? |

I'm sure they didn't last to long with them. Space has a strict policy about lights. I'm sure if they used them they got taken away.

I do gotta hand it to WMC... They had so many Trance parties last year I wish I could've gone to all. Let's see what WMC has in store for us w/ the TRANCE in WMC 08..

:crazy: there was no kind of excitement comparable to "PVD ON THE TERRACE" being displayed on the main room plasmas.

they were in front of the booth the majority of the night. [lol i'm sure a lot of SPACE's policies are violated over the course of a party ;)] and i'm all for pretty glowy lights, but it's irritating when the person doing the show is disrespectful of everyone around them -- especially when the room is a sardine can. |

The plasmas's they had on the terrace were out-of-hand. Along with that big screen behind PvD.
I wish I knew u then! wtf. A bunch of TA's were in the boxes in the middle. Infront of the bar.
That was an insane night!:eyespop:
Edit- Don't waste my time and valuble space because you [rolling kiddies] want to come to a party to stare at a light. They are usually strict on glow sticks & photons but if it's packed.. i'm sure a few will get by. |

lol i meant the excitement from reading the announcement on the plasmas. we were all :eyes:
the setup on the terrace was ridiculous! we closed it down that morning :D

Very True....
Morons don't realize there are other people in the club. I usually find a corner or a spot w/o to much traffic. It's all about having repsect for others IMO.
