We in Canada pay the one of the highest rates for cell phone bills in the world |
Aussieland is higher AFAIK.. or it was back in 2005 when used to talk to a friend who lives there. and we got into the whole cell phone discussion.

Quit trying to inflate your Bell loving ego. However, Rogers can still eat my ass with a spoon. |

is it still called a monopoly when consumers have four cellular providers to choose from? |
Rogers is the only provider for the GSM network, Bell and Telus are on the CDMA network. All the most advanced phones, well 90% of them, only work on GSM networks as well. |

Exactly the number one reason why i didnt switch to bell even though being an employee of bell I dont have to pay for monthly charges and everything else like txt msgs ,mobile browser, you name it...I can get it for free if i just get a bell cell phone( which also include blackberry and its data features ).....I rather use a phone i love than something i dont. |

well I have the basic package, with 1 free feture, $35 per month after some retarded fees were added, was supposed to be 29.99 after taxes
anyway, the quality of the phone calls is very mediocre, calls get dropped a lot, we had problems with other people's convo's getting cut in into ours
now we're shopping around for something better |

Chinameng, I got the curve... sweet piece of technology! You'll pay through your nose, but if you work for it you can cover with a nice internet/video package. I use it for emails and facebook on the run. My tracker ball just broke so I'm going to go bitch at them and get it replaced :o
p.s. I'm in for 3 years (hyperbole 20!!) |
