| Just curious as to who hasn't been to a rave and do u plan to go sometime?? I've never been but i'm sure i'll hit one up this summer. |

| I have never been to a rave aswell...everytime i think of it though i think of pasifier girls and happy hardcore....i like the clubing atmosphere and i love trance...there are only a few clubs that have both together. |

I have never been to a rave, personally. I'mnot real familiar with the Trance world yet, but I plan to increase my knowlage soon. Looking for a good rave around my hometown this summer, maybe.
However I also like the clubbing scene. Club women :D lol. And I'm still on hiphop dance (booty!:)) hahahahah.
I'll get to a rave one day.:) |

| Frrom what I hear i don't think they play to much trance at the raves around here. I know they play hard house which I like but i'd love toi hear some quality trance tunes without having to go to the UK or Ibiza. |

man you got one ed up image of what raves are like. All a rave is is a party that goes all night.....i dont know about your scene but in ours its all normal people.
When good DJ's come to Vancouver there almost always headlining the raves |

| nope, i've never been to a rave either... my friends usually tell me when & where they are but i've just never ended up going... i have gone clubbin' ALOT and enjoy the hell out of it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... there may be a huge difference, i dont know...i guess i'll just have to find out for myself but im sure we'll all end up finally gettin our asses around to attending a rave :D |

| hmm i never been to a rave, nor a club. heck i didnt even goto a school dance. i'm not really a dancy guy so yeah. i dont plan on going to raves because i jsut dont like the way people are. But i would goto a club sooner or later. maybe i'll go see pvd one time. |

| I never been to a rave before but, I'm dying to go soon (this year?). I want it to be an excellent first experience at a "Trance Party". One thing about Trance that you can't say about other Genres of music is that you don't NEED drugs to have a good time. That's why Techno is 3rd on my "favourite music genres list". Ambient is my 2nd favourite because I "Chill out" a lot and I like the special effects that are thrown in some tracks. These can be and are sometimes like Trance's "special effects"!!! |

Us islanders are different from the mainlanders I guess:confused: That's just what I hear so take it for what it's worth. What kinda tracks do these dj's spin?? For instance am I gonna hear....Greece 2000, El Nino, Southern Sun, ta know, tracks Tiesto, PVD and Armin spin in their sets? |

I had never been to a rave until last year, when I went to Popsickle 3 in Frisco.
I don't drop, so I just planned to dance, enjoy the music.
Music ing sucked, I don't like Happy Hardcore, Hard House, or Jungle.
Trance ing owns that .
But it was funny to see so many people totally ed up out of their minds, having dry sex on the floor, getting light shows and passing out, crazy ass costumes, etc.
It's like a Mardi Gras for E-tards.
However, the one thing I did notice, and no offense to anyone, because it's not a generalization, but everyone there was Asian or White, and almost 90% of the chicks were fugly. Some were good from afar, but far from good, knowhatimsayin'?
But everyone was friendly, and seemed to be having a good time, so I just kind of chilled and watched them have a good time.
But if I ever got like that, I'd want my friends to throw my ass in rehab. |
