yes but say they gave you a vagina... and you ended up never growing breasts having a distinct lower voice box and hair on your chest and face... you felt constantly like you were a man within a womans body.... and then they tell you you may have an internal penis and testes that never dropped, so they chose to give you a vagina and raise you as a girl... |

I believe it would be easier to be raised as a girl, but including some kind of hormone therapy. Rach, I know you think boys have it easier, but not in this case (or any case, really).
A girl with some gender issues would be outcast, picked on, teased and probably have some serious isues to come to terms with as an adult. A boy with gender issues would likely have the same challenges, but add to that getting the crap kicked out of him all the time in the name of teenage insecurity.
Ideally, let them choose - how you get them to be well adjusted at an age capable of making such a decision is beyond me...that's what people with degrees are for. |

yeah that would suck... :( I would probably join a convent or save up a lot of money for cosmetic surgery :S |

Dominican Republic Syndrome....
18 children.... raised as girls (had vaginas when born), hit puberty, testicles and penises dropped.... they then realized they were boys with internalized sexual organs....
