It's today in Durban, in 1 hour. Draw for the asian, north american/caribbean, european and african zones.

These are the seeds for Europe:

1st seeds:
Italy
Spain
Germany
Czech Republic
France
Portugal
Netherlands
Croatia
Greece

2nd pot:
England
Romania
Scotland
Turkey
Bulgaria
Russia
Poland
Sweden
Israel

3rd pot:
Norway
Ukraine
Serbia
Denmark
Northern Ireland
Ireland
Finland
Switzerland
Belgium

4th pot:
Slovakia
Bosnia
Hungary
Moldova
Wales
Macedonia
Belarus
Lithuania
Cyprus

5th pot:
Georgia
Albania
Slovenia
Latvia
Iceland
Armenia
Austria
Kazakhstan
Azerbaijan

6th pot:
Lichtenstein
Estonia
Malta
Luxembourg
Montenegro
Andorra
Faroe Islands
San Marino

I mostly want us to avoid England ( :nervous: ) in the 2nd pot, Norway/Serbia/Ukraine/Denmark in the 3rd pot, and hopefully Montenegro on the 6th pot (I believe they're stronger than those mini-nations, and only have a ranking because it's their first qualification for anything).

It'll be fun to see where England lands.

I remind that the format is the following: 9 groups are formed (8 groups with 6 teams, 1 group with 5 teams), the first of each group automatically gets qualification for South Africa. The seconds of each group play play-offs against each others for 4 extra spots... except the worse second placed from all groups - this unlucky team will be thrown away.

No tough groups imo.
We (Israel) can qualify if we have some luck against Greece and if we will win the Swiss. Second place looks promising.

Group 6 draws England and Croatia again, will be intresting to see what will happend this time. Ukraine are also hot candidates.

Group 1 also looks great, Portugal, Sweden and Denmark will challenge the 2 spots...

in Groups 3 I see Czech and Poland coming through...
Group 4, of course Russia and Germany.
Group 5 will see Spain finishing first and Turkey or Belgium (most likely to be Turkey) qualifing.

In 7 there's France, Romania and maybe Serbia.

In 8, will, Italy for sure. 2nd place, can't really guess...

9th group should see Holland and Scotland doing it without any real problems..

Hehe, this qualifications will be hot as hell. England again, well, this time we'll let them qualify :D. Now serious, I believe that England will give its best this time, because they sucked at EURO qualifications... We'll see, long time until than, Austria first :D

im actually pretty confident about our group. I think we can take on romania and even get a draw out of France but man its gonna be tough for me when we play against them. im such a huge fan of les blues :(

Intuition
None of these groups look anything special. England vs. Croatia should be fun to watch again though. And maybe France vs. Serbia.

There doesn't really seem to be a qualification group of death this time around does there? Hmm...England seem to have an easy time and should at the VERY least finish 2nd if they can fend off the Ukraine. But I won't be surprised if they don't qualify given last week's events.

Anyway it doesn't matter. I predict no European team will win the 2010 World Cup since it's in South Africa and will be hot as a mother******. Brazil or Argentina will probably win it.
