Why are you so obsessed over this? It's like you're on a personal ing crusade to nail this guy for what you percieve to be an outrageous and ridiculous lie. I believe Mattsanity, I'm sure he felt some kind of irregular heartbeat and did have to go to the ER. If this was a made up story, is this seriously the best he can think of? Now he's probably overexaggerating/embellishing some of the numbers like heart rate, ER stay, etc, but give the guy a break

Plus, if he were truly having an anxiety attack, they would have just given him some Ativan or something and sent him on his way after making sure his vitals and mental state were returned to a stable condition.
