God damn, if I ever smoked with somebody who freaked out and ended up in the ER, I would make sure not to have anything to do with that person ever again, while talking mad to the rest of my stoner buddies. |

| I'm no doctor, but it sounds to me like there are issues "in the mix" that are contributing to the increased heart rate. Believe me, I smoked a boat-load of weed in the heady days of my youth, but never experienced that. |
