Well apparently they have actually contacted some type of authority now.. which is a good thing.
However, I don't think a parent taking their own child is considered kidnapping. More like, a visitation dispute or something. |

| The "authority" they've allegedly contacted is nothing more than an intelligence database the FBI uses - unless someone can find the "missing persons" part of the NCIC web page... :conf: |

PURPOSE: The purpose for maintaining the NCIC system is to provide a computerized database for ready access by a criminal justice agency making an inquiry and for prompt disclosure of information in the system from other criminal justice agencies about crimes and criminals. This information assists authorized agencies in criminal justice and related law enforcement objectives, such as apprehending fugitives, locating missing persons, locating and returning stolen property, as well as in the protection of the law enforcement officers encountering the individuals described in the system.
That's on the front page... but it doesn't seem to have a link to a list of all the missing persons. |

RJT, You are clearly one of those people who go around the internet looking for some way to piss someone off and get some attention.
You remind of that kid in High School that always try to crack a joke in the middle of class, but was never funny.
That. Or you are extremely jealous of BT's talent.
I feel sorry for you... |

Or BT should just take the matter into his own hands? I mean really, if my ing kid was missing the last person I would trust is some random stranger from the ing internet. Surely he has enough money to speed this matter up and he's just being a cheap by not acting upon the matter more seriously. Just go beat the out of the whore who kidnapped your child. |

I had seen that - but all it says is that it's a database for storing and accessing information, not that the NCIC itself is actually actively searching for missing persons.
And as far as the kind of person I am, the only thing I think anyone reading this thread could logically deduce is that I am the kind of person who likes to see the justice system at work - certainly not one who supports slander, libel, or internet defamation campaigns based on nothing more than an individuals word.
