That was actually the other place we're thinking of stopping - but we'd have to figure out relatively cheap travel/accommodations, and would probably only be able to come for a day.
We'll see - this whole trip was just booked like 2 days ago, so we're both still kind of trying to figure out what we can afford to do and where we can reasonably make it to in a given week. |

Isn't it pretty impractical to arrive and depart in the middle of two weekends? :conf:
Anyway, if the lineup for Awakenings is good and my cousin is still in town, I might just swing by. |

Anyhow, that's when my vacation is - so other dates really weren't even a consideration.
And the event I want to see most while we're in town runs the 16-20. :)
Edit: Also, thanks for the link to the awakenings site - I think Glannie mentioned it as well but I had forgotten. |

I thought it would be in regards to parties and that flights tend to cost a hell of a lot more the closer to the weekend you get. But if that's the only timeframe you have then fair enough. |

Ah, yeah - I'm really not coming over there to hit up any parties, more so just to relax for a week in the middle of a hectic semester.
Also, and maybe oddly - flights were far cheaper on Saturdays than any other day of the week. I was shocked, but flying on Friday and Sunday were around $150-300 more per ticket than flying on Saturday.
