HAHA i for once agree with Hiram. Though not my taste per say - day 1 is by far improved from last year. The whole day 1 live thing last year was ridiculous with the acts they had. This time around its catered more to EDM heads. And with both days, so far phase one seems to cover a vast amount of EDM genres to please all.
Also agree with the post about PVD owning Tiesto. Tiesto sucked so hard last year and PVD was amazing. He wasnt proggy at all and went all out hard anthems (anthems... yea thats what he does but i like it - and many of those werent anthems at the time so it was bangin to hear and later find out what they are).
Carl Cox will be doing a live thing probably from what he said last year.
NEEDZ Multi-colored LAZAZ and Ultra will be massive! - Fireworks are always cool also. |

I agree with the SVD thing. Not sure what the big deal is around this guy. I think as with Tiesto for trance and people bagging on him for simply having good marketing and getting fools, SVD is the same. He almost has nothing, not a great mixer and yet has a huge fan base. I think for the most part its people (clearly wont admit it) who fell for the marketing. |
