I would say a 8am-11am breakfast meet maybe would work out best since the party gap usually happens from aroud 5am-11am or so - and psh - with redbull magic who needs sleep. There are plenty of venues here that are willing to give 20% of the bar to a promoter. (If he has a decent reputation) I will know at least 10 DJ's from LA that will be in Miami that won't mind throwing down some tracks for fun or as a favor.
