holy crap. $35? i dont think ive ever paid that little but i dont get anywhere near actuvate's monthly payments.
ny plan is $45/month which includes 150 weekday/daytime minutes, unlimited evenings starting at 9pm, unlimited weekends, unlimited incoming anytime minutes and 4MB of data. then i added 2500 outgoing text messages for $10 and caller i.d./call waiting, etc for another $10. then taxes and whatever fees they add on per month. |
Man people get hosed.
For $33.35/month i got:
250 day time minutes
unlimited evening weekend starting at 6pm
unlimited texts (in and out)
free caller id, voice mail, all that jazz
no contract
It was a real estate deal I got through my mom. If you guys know a real estate agent, I highly suggest asking them to get you a plan under their name.
PS - roger's corporate/real estate plans suck. Bell has much better plans, but of course CDMA (which is better anyways) |

I got a decent plan w/ Rogers...non-corporate
$20/ month
150 Day time minutes
1000 evening and weekends
Evening starting at 6pm
Unlimited Rogers-to-Rogers
You can add on the voicemail/texts/caller ID for $10 |

do you really keep within 150 daily minutes?
I'm using prepaid, $22 and cents, usually lasts me for 3 weeks |

I do!
I work from 730am - 4pm...
So If I need to make a long call or something like that I just use my office phone.
I don't really talk to ppl during the day. I usually talk to people on MSN/Facebook/TA/PM or txt messages.
I've always had 150 daytime minutes and never had an issue. and since my evenings start at 6pm its helpful.
I'd saying majority of my phone usuage is on the weekend between 8pm - 8am haha :P |

Similar to mine, Jay.
With Solo:
$35 a month
150 anytime minutes
150 long-distance minutes
Unlimited evening and weekends starting at 5PM to 8AM
Unlmited incoming calls
1,000 text messages
Caller ID, Call waiting, 3-way calling
and NO CONTRACT (month to month)
And lucky bc of Solo's amazing deals often, I got my Nokia 6275i still for only $49 w/o having to commit to a long-term contract! |

Ditto. I work 9 to 5 or 6 every day Monday to Friday. I dont ever really use daytime minutes, esp not w/ my evenings startingi at 5PM!
If i wanna call someone, I call from teh office of course... a) bc its easier, b) bc it doesnt look professional talking on your cellphone at work. Looks much better using office phone.
And usually if im talking on my phoen during the day anyways, its bc someone called ME, so therefore since I have free incoming 24/7, it doesnt matter how long I talk in that situation anyways. |
