Also, about higuey, yes its a typical dominican city, but the goverment should really increase spending overthere, sadly once you are out of Santo Domingo (and in a lesser scale) Santiago, everything is trees and mountains and animals and cooked dogs markets |

is not that good when you cant get running water nor electricity to your house, and theres only one phone for the whole community |

Yea it's nice to look at when it is untouched and in an already beautiful place... but when you live in a city and there is dirty snow all over the place, piled up about 20 feet high, it isn't that pretty anymore.
P.S. Keep your crap snow pictures out of my thread damnit :p |
