that is most likely not fake...
that stuff happens all the time in Iraq... there are thousands of wild dogs that are always just roaming the streets and they almost all have diseases of some sort...
i witnessed some shooting of dogs for the sport of it while i was there.... i didn't like it but it still happened... :(
