You know the one where two people from different locations thru the ethernet can be playing a set and mixing in/out from each others computer . Kindda of like a long distance tagging :p

That would be awesome. But in order for it to work both computers have to be plugged in to the same network. :(

musics

I finally know what's wrong with my Traktor setup. It's the damn external hard drive. I played a set consisting entirely of tracks I had in my Mac and I had zero issues. The moment I started loading tracks from the external drive ensued.

is the conection to your hard drive on firewire or usb?
woscar
Firewire, but I had to get an adapter from the old elongated connector to the new one on the Macbook Pros. I think I'll get a new one since this one is too big and requires AC power anyways.

BTW, I'll play some musics when I get home. :p

I got a new amp so I can do this at some point I think. Just gotta set it up.

Then I can rape all of your ears with trainwrecks.

I want to figure out how to do this so that one of these days I can play some 90s prog live :)

Can Jake or one of the admins who has the info PM me the information so I can try to set it up? (Obviously not while Woscar is playing :p)
