I very rarely goto the gym.. one of my friends used his guest pass to let me in and I worked out for an hour.. then i look over and theres this section of the gym that I didn't even touch.. and so I look at these weird machines and i really don't know how to use them.. So i see this girl doing this thing with her butt. . like butt crunch machine!! and i was like, , YAAAhhhh im doing that!!! so i get on it.. feel very uncomfortable and i start doing these butt crunches.. after like 10 minutes of that my buddy comes over and tells me those machines are for women only!!! I then realized why these girls were laughing at me.. i didn't care.. my butt got nice and firm!! soo TIGHT!

Which machines are those? Just so I know when I work out not to use these special "girly" machines.

I totally see where you guys are coming from and I agree for the most part. However, I can't help but think that it's totally different for a man to be walking alone down the street at night than for a girl.

Not implying the idea of "the weaker sex" here at all... I'm just saying - generally speaking I think more women are concerned with that kind of thing.

Lone men are more likely to get beaten and robbed late at night than women getting sexually assaulted.

Reading that AJ, I don't doubt it. Down town Hammerbomb isn't safe for anyone to walk around at night.
I'm sure you noticed my hesistant tone in that last post... I'm just saying that traditionally women are more of an icon in that kind of situation.

If pepper spray was advertised on TV, it would show a female using it on a male assailant.

It's problematic in the sense that it victimizes one sex while ignoring potential dangers posed to the other. Anyone should be able to benefit from a system that allows them to avoid sketchy situations - I'm not surprised by the TTC's gender selectivity, is all.

I advocate that every woman carry a beating stick.

Or a lead pipe. That's pretty nice too
