my boss is the , when i told him i originally had the 24 quarters, i said they were also testing me for mono, and he's like, "dayyyyyum, bro!" lol (our Chief...a crusty old guy no on likes...said "you can get mono just by regular communication, blha bla bla) and my boss looks at me , rolls his eyes, and even kinda gave me a thumbs up, and said "don't worry, i'll catch your shift tonight... that means i gotta leave work now so i can sleep!"
so i call him back after i found out i actually did have mono, and he's like, "oh snap!" and laughed really hard and said he'd cover me for the full 48 hrs (next two shifts). but that i'd have to come in after that. haha, he's an awesome guy |
