No, LAME isn't independent, so you basically just install Razorlame, then tell it where LAME.exe is. Google Razolame, it should be around.
I haven't tried the app that suggested, so that may be easier. |

try lowering the mic level, or take off microphone boost |

right click it to set up ur bitrate and other encoding options...by default, after dropping the wav on it it, the file converts and saves in the same folder where ur wav is....check it for an mp3 |
